Sunday, 26th July 2026 – 3rd Anniversary Celebration

All are welcome to stay for lunch, which will begin with communion.

Friday, 31st July – Dunstable – 11am – Project Group meeting

Saturday, 1st August – HeartEdge – Session 1

Dunstable – 10am – 1pm – followed by lunch. This is a course which we are running over two sessions (second date: Saturday, 29th August at Luton, 10am – 1pm) to look at our fellowship together and with our communities, to see what God might be calling us to do and, therefore, how we might shape the future (including the buildings). All are welcome, preferably for both sessions, but for one if that is what you are able to do. (Copies of the handout outlining the course were emailed prior to June Church Meeting, but some paper copies are available today.)

Sunday, 2nd August – 4pm – The Olive Tree – Rev. Patrick Kandeh’s farewell service.

Wednesday, 5th August – Friendship Cafe – Luton – 2 – 4pm – all welcome.

What we did on Sunday…

Yesterday Newland Church celebrated its 3rd anniversary with a service led by our new minister Revd Naomi Young-Rodas and a bring and share lunch. We also made bunting expressing what we want our church to be and do. We will explore this more at a workshop this Saturday, 1st August, at the Dunstable location, 10am-1pm – come along – all welcome.
